Employee Voluntary After-Tax Plans

For employers who do not wish to offer IRS qualified retirement plans and who wish to avoid all administrative costs of an Employee Retirement Plan, we offer The Flexible Financial Plan. It is offered at thousands of companies nationally either as a stand-alone plan or as an employee supplement to an employer paid for plans.

Employees may enroll for as little as $10 per week. The employer provides a payroll deduction and time during the working day for employees to receive individual presentations.

The plan includes life insurance as well as investment* vehicles such as mutual funds and tax-deferred annuities. The investments are geared toward providing accumulated values at retirement while the insurance provides guarantees of completion in the event of death or disability.
