VICTOR KLYMENKO, MBA, CFM

Victor Klymenko is an innovative strategist with a proven ability to identify, launch and manage complex projects in all areas of employee benefits. He brings excellent technical expertise to any project, including considerable experience in the set up and operation of retirement, savings and other pension programs such as 401(k), 403(b) and other trust arrangements. He assist his clients in the design and set up of investment committees, money manager searches and the setting of investment policy. With respect to welfare benefit consulting, he has developed innovative cost containment techniques, designed and set up flexible spending accounts as well as conducted medical, dental claim and PBM audits, and compliance assessment on benefit plans. Moreover, he has comprehensive experience in the design, sale, implementation, maintenance and conservation of managed care and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) programs including procurements, plan design and pricing, audits, performance management, direct contracting with Pharmacy manufacturers and Pharmacy claim review, formulary design and management and pharmacy benefit communications.

Victor’s passion has been developing retirement plans for companies of all sizes as well as for individuals. He also provides life insurance to executive groups as well as for individuals. Victor’s specialty is working with companies of all sizes in the design and development of their employee benefit programs and with the marketing and implementation of their managed care, prescription drug and other benefit plans.

Victor has created investment life, disability and managed care insurance programs working for the top executives of Municipalities, Banking and Securities industries and other major Fortune 500 corporations. Among his major clients he has personally consulted for as Lead Consultant were The Bank of New York, Arthur Young, Limited Stores, The HOME Insurance Group, Gruntal, International Council of Shopping Centers, IFINT, AGWAY, HOOD, Lawrence Aviation, United Rentals, Sentinel Real Estate, Zeckendorf Realty, Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse, Dreyfus, The Port Authority of NY & NJ, Schroeder Real Estate and Schroeder Center Management, Atlantic Gulf Communities, General Development Corporation, Avatar, Kraftco, The Town of Greenwich, The Cities of Bridgeport, Camden, South Plainfield and Newburgh, The Wayne Ulster BOCES, Paid and NPA Prescriptions, Warner Communications and J.C. Victor earned his B.A. degree with Honors from Columbia University where he majored in pre medical studies. He later did graduate work in Finance at the Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration where he earned his MBA in Finance and undertook advanced business legal business studies at Seton Hall Law School. Victor earned his Certified Financial Manager designation while at Merrill Lynch.

Victor serves on the Columbia University Alumni Insurance Committee which oversees the marketing of sponsored insurance products to over 250,000 alumni around the world and is a Member of the Columbia University Club of Northern New Jersey. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Newark Emergency Services Fund (NESF), one the largest charitable organizations in New Jersey.
